Su trazado urbano conserva una organizaci\u00f3n tradicional en torno a la plaza mayor y la iglesia parroquial, que estructuran el espacio social y religioso. Destaca la arquitectura dom\u00e9stica de mamposter\u00eda y granito, caracter\u00edstica de la comarca, junto con portadas y escudos que evidencian su pasado se\u00f1orial. La Iglesia de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Buen Var\u00f3n constituye uno de los elementos patrimoniales m\u00e1s significativos del conjunto.
